ABTU is a technical education university operating in the field of online education. It was founded in 2001 by Sam Atieh as American College of Technology. It was his vision to provide technical education with a more career centric approach, however through online means. Although the university has its headquarters in St. Joseph, Missouri, the education provided at the university is online, through live interaction using technological means.
