About Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts-Scottsdale

Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts Scottsdale is a career focused private for-profit institute specialized in culinary and hospitality education. It was established in 1986 under the name of Scottsdale Culinary Institute. The college is owned by Career Education Corporation under a licensing agreement with Le Cordon Bleu in Paris.

The college main campus is located in Arizona in a former country club on a golf course and lakefront overlooking Camelback Mountain. There is also an extension to the campus called SkyBridge which is located minutes away from the main campus and contains several facilities as L’Academie; a student-run bistro-style restaurant. The college also has 15 additional branch locations in 10 different states.

The college offers academic programs granting Bachelor’s degrees, Associate of Occupational Studies Degrees and Certificate Programs. Le Cordon Bleu is accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges of Technology. The college is member of several associations as American Institute of Wine and Food, Arizona Private School Association, Better Business Bureau, International Association of Culinary Professionals and Phoenix Restaurant Association.
