About Aspen University
Aspen is a higher education institute working for Profit and serving in the field of Distance Education. However, the institute traces its roots to the International Academy which was established in the 1960s and provided education in the field of Information Management. It was in 1987 that the International Academy founded the Information Institute which later, in 2003, was renamed and made into Aspen University.
Presently, Aspen is headquartered in Denver, Colorado and has received national accreditation by Distance Education Accrediting Commission (DEAC). With its academic programs, the university aims to prepare its students for active role in their communities through preparedness, leadership and productivity.
The university further plays its part in giving back to its communities by becoming an economic support for its students. The education at Aspen is affordable with the single aim of being made accessible to more and more of the community youth. Students are further supported with grants and aids, which facilitate them even further, making the return on investment even more. Further assistance for paying tuition fee is provided through the university’s Monthly Payment Plan which has fitted the entire cost into monthly budget which can easily be managed by students.
